How to book

How to Book Your Umrah Taxi

Every booking is made on WhatsApp, with the fare agreed in writing before you travel. Here is exactly how it works, and how to book a Jeddah Airport to Makkah or Jeddah Airport to Madinah transfer.

Booking in Five Steps

There is no booking form on this site and no account to create. Umrah taxi booking happens on WhatsApp, because that is what pilgrims already have on their phone when they land — and because it leaves you holding the fare, the vehicle and the pickup time in writing.

The Booking Process, Step by Step

From first message to arrival, a booking goes through five steps:

1

Message us

Open WhatsApp and send the journey you need. No app, no account, no form.

2

Send the details

Route, date, flight number, passengers and bags — and your hotel.

3

Get the fixed fare

We reply with the price and the vehicle, usually within minutes. You confirm.

4

Meet your driver

His name and number reach you beforehand. On arrivals we track your flight.

5

Pay at the end

No deposit at any point. You pay when the journey is finished.

That is the whole process. Nothing is paid in advance, no card details are ever asked for, and the fare you are given is the fare you pay.

What to Send Us

The more of this is in your first message, the sooner you have a firm price instead of a conversation about it.

  • The journey — for example Jeddah Airport to Makkah hotel, one way or return
  • The date and time, and the flight number on any airport transfer
  • How many passengers, and how many bags
  • Your hotel name in Makkah or Madinah
  • Anything that changes the vehicle — a wheelchair, a child seat, extra Zamzam water, or a stop at the Miqat

Send it in your own words. A message that reads “4 of us, 5 bags, landing Jeddah 02:40 on 12 Dec, flight SV123, hotel is Swissotel Makkah” is enough for a firm price by return.

How to Book a Jeddah Airport to Makkah Transfer

The most asked-for journey on the site: about 95 km, 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 30 door to door. Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall at King Abdulaziz International Airport after you clear passport control, and takes you to your hotel in Makkah.

Send your flight number with the booking. We track the flight, so if it lands late the driver waits and the fare does not change — this is the single most useful thing you can give us.

Hiace 11 seats · 14 bags 300 SAR 275 SAR

How to Book a Jeddah Airport to Madinah Transfer

About 420 km and 4 to 4.5 hours, in one vehicle the whole way with no change of car and no station transfers. Book it exactly as above — flight number, passengers, bags and your Madinah hotel.

Groups often book this leg together with the return, or with a Madinah to Makkah transfer later in the trip. Send both in one message and we will quote the whole itinerary.

Jeddah Airport to Madinah Taxi Fare

All prices in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and per vehicle, not per person — a family filling a sedan pays the sedan price once.

Sedan 4 seats · 3 bags 400 SAR
Staria Van 7 seats · 8 bags 475 SAR
Hiace 11 seats · 14 bags 500 SAR

Per vehicle, including fuel, tolls, parking and airport charges. Full journey details on the Jeddah Airport to Madinah taxi page.

Booking Any Other Journey

The same five steps cover every route we run. Each page below carries its own fixed fare, its own journey details and a calculator:

Every fare on every route is published on the rate list, and the vehicles are on the fleet page.

Payment, Deposits and Changes

You pay at the end of the journey. No deposit is taken when you book, and we never ask for card details in a message. The figure you were quoted is the figure you pay — there is no meter, and nothing extra is collected at the drop-off.

Changing or cancelling is a message. Since nothing has been paid, there is nothing to refund. If a flight is delayed on an airport arrival you need do nothing at all: we are watching the flight.

Booking in Arabic or French

The same service, the same fares, and the same WhatsApp number — with the rates and route details written in your language:

What Is Included

  • A fixed fare, agreed in writing before you travel
  • A private vehicle for your group alone — never shared
  • Fuel, tolls, parking and airport charges in the quoted price
  • Flight tracking and free waiting time on airport arrivals
  • The driver’s name and number before the journey
  • No deposit, and no card details ever requested

Frequently Asked Questions

Send one WhatsApp message with your route, date, flight number, passengers and bags. We reply with the fixed fare and the vehicle, usually within minutes, and nothing is paid until the journey is finished.

No, and deliberately so. A WhatsApp thread leaves you holding the fare, the vehicle and the pickup time in writing on your own phone — which matters far more at 3am in an arrivals hall than a confirmation email does.

A day or two is plenty for most journeys. In Ramadan and the Hajj season, book as early as you can: the larger vehicles go first.

No. No deposit, no prepayment and no card details. You pay the driver at the end of the journey.

He waits inside the arrivals hall after passport control and baggage reclaim. We send you his name and number before you fly, and you message him when you are through.

Nothing is needed from you. We track the flight number you gave us, the driver waits, and the fare does not change.

Yes, and most groups do — arrival, the Makkah to Madinah leg and the flight home. Send the whole itinerary in one message and we will quote it together.

Per vehicle, on every route. Four people in a sedan pay the sedan fare once.

Yes. The Arabic and French pages carry the same fares and the same WhatsApp number — see the links above.

Yes, by message, as early as you can. Nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to refund.

Book your transfer now

Send us the journey, the date and the number of passengers. We reply with the fixed fare and the vehicle — usually within minutes.
