Yes. On the Madinah to Makkah route your driver stops at the Miqat (Dhul Hulaifah / Abyar Ali) so you can make your niyyah and enter Ihram before continuing. That stop is part of the journey and is included in the fare shown.
The sedan (Toyota Camry or Hyundai Sonata) seats 4 with about 3 bags. The 7-seater Hyundai Staria van takes about 8 bags, and the 11-seater Toyota Hiace takes about 14 bags — the usual choice for larger Umrah groups. All are air-conditioned new-model vehicles.
